This hotel is a hidden gem tucked away on a quiet street, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Despite being situated up a hill, the location offers a peaceful ambiance that is perfect for relaxation. The staff here are friendly and accommodating, always ensuring that your needs are met. The rooms are cozy and well-decorated, with attention to detail evident in the beautiful cultural paintings on the walls. Additionally, the hotel provides basic amenities, including heating, to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread is impressive, with freshly cooked omelettes that are simply delicious.

All was well with this hotel, leaving no room for improvement.

The hotel had beautiful painted ceilings, which added a unique touch to the rooms. The location was also great, just a couple of blocks uphill from the main plaza. Being close to the city center made it convenient for exploring the area. Additionally, the breakfast provided was fresh and had a good variety. It was a nice way to start the day during my Christmas stay.

The wifi connection was a bit unreliable, as it kept dropping out. And on top of that, when I arrived at the hotel, there was no wifi available.

This hotel is located in a quiet area very close to the main square, making it a convenient choice for exploring the city. It is situated on a pedestrian street, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere for guests. Additionally, being on the hill, it offers beautiful views of the surrounding area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a big and comfortable bed. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast is delicious, with a few local flavors in their jams.

The towels provided in the room were old and had a slight smell, which was a bit disappointing.

Had an amazing New Year stay! The breakfast was delicious, offered complementary fresh juice and coffee. The hotel was located in a perfect spot, within walking distance of all the main attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and comfortable with a warm heater.

The only downside was the cold bathroom due to the glass ceiling being partly open to the exterior. Additionally, there were some issues with the billing at checkout, but the waiters confirmed we hadn't consumed the listed drinks and the charges were eventually dropped.

I absolutely loved the hotel's beautiful decor and the cozy courtyard area where they had a fire and live music during happy hour. The location was perfect, being close to the main park and right next to the most historic area of the city. The staff in the kitchen and dining area were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even packed me a breakfast when I had to leave early for Machu Picchu.

    Nothing bad to say.
